Margaret Isa Butler

Founder & President​

Margaret is a partner at the law firm of Ice Miller LLP.  She uses her JD/MBA from Columbia University to help investment funds, family offices, and pension plans with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and alternative investments.  Her community involvement includes service on various committees at The New 42nd Street, the nonprofit leading the evolution of 42nd Street as a cultural destination in New York City’s Times Square.  She is also a Director at the Foundation for Gender Equality and Lehman Center for the Performing Arts. 

Nirel Levi

Co-Founder, VP & Secretary​

Nirel Levi is Director of the Investment Portfolio for 32 Ventures and a Founding Member of 100K Ventures, an accelerator in Flint, Michigan.  Previously Nirel was a First Lieutenant in the Israel Defense Forces, where she led a platoon of 50 soldiers.  She also has experience as an investment banker and an entrepreneur. Nirel graduated as the valedictorian of her college class and currently serves on its Board of Trustees. 

Sylvia Qiu 

Co-Founder, VP & Treasurer​

Sylvia is an investment professional in the Private Equity team at Cerberus Capital Management, a global private equity firm.  She has an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MD from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and began her investment career at Coridea. Sylvia previously was a professionally trained ballet dancer and in her spare time, remains an avid supporter of Lincoln Center and the Arts.
